Evergreen Medical-Legal Consulting was founded by Erin Lovinus, a licensed clinical social worker with over two decades of combined federal service within the Department of Defense and the Veterans Health Administration. Her background reflects extensive experience navigating complex healthcare, federal, and medical–legal systems, with an emphasis on clear, accurate interpretation of medical records.
Professional experience includes:
Over 25 years of administrative healthcare experience
Clinical and administrative expertise in primary care and mental health settings
Four years as a personal injury, medical malpractice, product liability, and Social Security Disability paralegal
Medical record review, chronology development, and litigation support
Independently licensed and insured
Erin is a retired U.S. Army Reserve Officer and Afghanistan War veteran with significant familiarity in military healthcare structure, terminology, and documentation. Thanks to retirement, 100% of her focus is on Evergreen MLC clientele and delivering the best possible outcome — quickly.
