Evergreen MLC brings deep experience working within complex healthcare systems, including federal and VA environments, as well as prior experience as a civil paralegal. This background provides practical insight into how medical records are created, maintained and documented across multiple providers and systems.
Understanding how healthcare systems actually function helps attorneys identify gaps, inconsistencies, and documentation patterns that may impact case evaluation and strategy.

Evergreen MLC provides non-testifying medical-legal support services, including medical records review, medical chronologies, and case summaries. Services are consultative and administrative in nature and focus on organizing and interpreting existing medical records.
Attorneys handling medically complex cases often need clear, reliable summaries of large medical records to evaluate cases efficiently and make informed strategic decisions without spending hours reviewing raw documentation.

These services are commonly used by attorneys practicing in personal injury, medical malpractice, veterans law, disability, workman’s compensation and other civil matters involving complex medical records. Services may be useful at case intake, during discovery, or in preparation for mediation or litigation.
Medical records are often central to liability, damages and credibility issues, and having them clearly organized early can save significant attorney time and reduce the risk of missed or misunderstood information.

What I do isn't meant to replace the work of a paralegal or legal assistant, but to SUPPORT them:
- taking on the deep-dive into large medical records so staff aren't pulled away from deadlines, filings and client communication
- turning disorganized records into clear timelines and summaries that everyone on the case can actually use
- quickly analyze and summarize medical documentation that spans multiple providers, systems or years (the kind that tends to eat up entire days)
- providing a clean, neutral medical snapshot that staff can reference without having to re-read the chart every time a question comes up.
- this is the only task I am completing - so I can get it done for you QUICKLY
It's about freeing up your staff and supporting work/life balance, not adding another moving part. When everyone gets to stay in their lane, cases tend to move a little more smoothly. -
No. Evergreen MLC does not provide medical opinions, diagnoses, or expert testimony. Services are limited to objective review, organization and interpretation of existing medical records. Treatment recommendations may be provided based on observed gaps in care.
This work is intended to be used for internal case analysis and preparation without creating testimony, disclosure or evidentiary complications.

Fees are typically flat-rate and based on record volume, complexity and scope of work. Hourly rates are available upon request. Pricing and estimated turnaround times are confirmed in advance after review of case details, and begin once complete records are received securely.
This model allows attorneys to manage expectations, control costs and plan case work efficiently without unexpected scope or billing issues.
